1. Magnet is not strong enough. can it be stronger?
We would love to let the children explore how can they balance and construct the cubes using the knowledge of physics. For example, connecting 2 rows of cubes, the strength of the magnet will stronger than just one row of the cubes.
2. What age is this item good for?
Starting from aged 1, Special Needs children group and age 60-90 age group. We noticed that STEM/STEAM education is very important. Science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics workers play a key role in the sustained growth in the world. We want to raise the awareness of STEAM education in children and schools with our lessons and teaching tools.
We also love to provide an easy and meaningful toy for the elderly, since our cubes are easy to handle, construct and deconstruct. The elderly can play with our cubes to increasing cognitive skills, to facilitating communication while playing with family.
3. Are they safe to be used by children?
Intertek tested & approved for Age 1+. Our cubes are unbreakable model with strong durability (2m drop test & 80kgs weight test).
4. Cost to buy seems very expensive, can they be cheaper?
Our cubes are made with high-quality materials, We'll also offer a 5 years warranty to the light cubes for replacement under normal use, and 1 years warranty for power/color-changing/music/recorder/sensor recorder cubes. Most electronic toys last for a few months or one year. Amortized the cubes over 5 years, our price is quite low.

5. How long the battery needs to be charged? How long will it last during play?
You only need to charge the power cubes, and it takes 3 hours to get to full charge. Once you got your power cube fully charged, and not turning it on all night without connecting the USB cable, the power cubes can last for days to play with.
6. Does the recorder cube required to be charged?
No, you only need to charge the power cubes and snap the power cubes on the recorder to record.
7. Can the lights be lit continuously?
Yes! You can keep your creation shine with USB cable connected. Don't connect too many of the cubes that may drain the battery faster than being charged.
8. Are they waterproof?
They are not waterproof. It is not recommended to play the cubes under water. In case of water getting into the cube, disconnect and drain out the water and let dry before further use.
9. Can I buy the cube individually? How and where to buy them?
We do not sell TACTBiT cubes individually due to handling charges. We'd suggest you buy the 6 cubes for additional power cubes needed. Purchase the 12 cubes for extra wheels. You can contact us if your cubes are broken, we will issue a replacement if the cube are malfunctioning under normal use.
10. What sort of product guarantee I get on the cubes?
We will offer a 2 years warranty to the light cubes for replacement under normal use, and 1 years warranty for power/color-changing/music/recorder/sensor recorder cubes.
